Boedecker Cellars 2005 Momtazi Vineyard Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

This is quite light, almost ephemeral, with tart raspberry and red licorice flavors and a strong metallic/mineral streak. It is delicately made, and interesting, but comparable to a simple Bourgogne rather than a wine priced at this level.
