La Boatina 2015 Pinot Grigio (Friuli Isonzo)

Subdued aromas of yellow flower, orchard fruit and a whiff of nut lift out of the glass. The palate seems rather evolved, offering suggestions dried citrus zest and a hint of baked yellow apple. It closes on a bitter almond note.
