La Selva 2013 Colli dell'Uccellina Riserva (Morellino di Scansano)

Made with 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot, this has aromas of violet, black-skinned berry and a whiff of baking spice. The round, chewy palate offers ripe morello cherry, red currant, white pepper and a hint of game. Supple tannins and bright acidity give it an easy-drinking vibe.
