Machiavelli 2013 Solatio del Tani (Chianti Classico)

This opens with aromas that recall toast, French oak, coffee bean and tilled soil. The palate is straightforward and a bit lean, offering notes of dried black cherry, vanilla and mocha accompanied by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Drink through 2019.
