Leyda 2016 Single Vineyard Kadún Sauvignon Gris (Leyda Valley)

A full-out vegetal nose is anchored by a strong scent of canned peas. This shows wiry acidity while maintaining a full body. Salty citrus and green-bean flavors echo the nose. The wine is short on the finish and undeniably green.
