Cembra NV Ororosso Extra Brut Sparkling (Trento)

This lovely sparkling wine from northern Italy opens with a refined perlage of small, persistent bubbles. The fragrance offers hints of yellow apples and a whiff of bread crust. There is nice length and it finishes on an almond note.
