Pascal Bouchard 2015 Blancs Cailloux (Petit Chablis)

Petit Chablis comes from the plateau above the main Chablis vineyards. As here, it offers a light fruity style with only the lightest minerality and much more in the way of apple and citrus flavors. Drink the wine from early 2017.
