McManis 2014 Petite Sirah (California)

In color, this wine is virtually black, with a deep-red rim, while aromas are concentrated and dense. Flavors recall blackberry syrup, yet are nicely dry. Despite its full body and thick coating of tannins, the wine's texture feels polished and all the elements are in balance.
