Cono Sur 2008 Organically Grown Grapes Cabernet Sauvignon-Carmenère (Colchagua Valley)

Hard and inky on first blush, with aromas of shoe polish and wild, aggressive fruit. A far more narrow and acidic wine than we expected to find, with racy, short, blue fruit flavors. Bright and choppy, with a short finish. Seems underdeveloped.
