West Cape Howe 2008 Unwooded Chardonnay (Western Australia)

An honest and very ripe take on Australian Chardonnay, with opulent notes of fig, pineapple and guava underscored by crisp lemon and a faint spritz that refresh the palate. The short-to-medium finish turns a bit soft. Quite likable on the whole. Try with lobster.
