Le Vigne 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles)

There's a nice touch of green pasilla chile on the nose of this wine, with red currant undertones. The peppery elements consume the palate as well, giving it a more distinct and food-friendly nature than overly ripe versions.
