Casa da Passarella 2012 Villa Oliveira Branco Encruzado (Dão)

This rich, wood-aged wine is full of yellow fruits with a tight texture. Mineral driven, it's crisp with its apple acidity and bright, steely structure. It's so fresh now, but could age well to create a smooth, mellifluous wine from 2017.
