Biltmore Estate 2009 Reserve Cabernet Franc (Dry Creek Valley)

Considerably lighter in body and texture than your average Cab Franc, Biltmore's 2009 has the weight of a nice Pinot Noir. But it's intense in cherry, red plum and cedar flavors, with ultrafine tannins. Sophisticated and elegant, a wine to drink with upscale fare, especially with mushrooms.
