Sol Rouge 2011 Cabernet Franc (Lake County)

The aroma of this sleek and polished wine has hints of flowers and dark chocolate, while flavors suggest Bing cherries dusted with cocoa. Most impressive is the texture that is firm and refreshing, but also luxurious. While very flavorful and concentrated, it's not to heavy or too tannic.
