Stroppiana 2010 Bussia Riserva (Barolo)

Weedy underbrush and scorched soil aromas lead the way along with a smoked note. The bitter palate offers a green note of powdered sage and hazelnut but it lacks fruit. Clenching tannins grip the finish.
