Pali 2009 Cargasacchi Vineyard Pinot Noir (Sta. Rita Hills)

Make this wine a little drier and the score would rise. As things are, it's just too sweet and one-dimensional in jammy raspberries and cherries, while oak brings buttered toast and roasted coconut flavors that are candy sweet. Good as it is, it palls after a while.
