Fire and Oak 2012 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County)

This shows red cherry fruit accented by a black sage and sweet pine twist on the nose. It's rich and spicy once sipped, with clove, cinnamon, gingerbread and other Christmas spices giving character to the red- and black-cherry fruits.
