De Bortoli 2014 Regional Reserve Shiraz (Heathcote)

De Bortoli almost always seems to emphasize the savory side of wine, and this Heathcote Shiraz stays true to that philosophy. Black olive and espresso notes speak of Shiraz, while the the structure remains tight and firm on the finish. This should age well through at least 2020.
