Pere Ventura NV Tresor Reserva Sparkling (Cava)

A yeasty, bready nose and a fairly flat palate are not all that vibrant. This cava tastes yeasty like the aromas suggest, but also offers a bitter melon flavor component on the way to a soft, wayward finish.
