La Zorra 2014 La Moza Suelo de Pizarra Rufete (Sierra de Salamanca)

Aromas of herbal red-berry fruits, tomato, leather and grass lead to a snappy, tight, drawn palate. Red-currant and plum-skin flavors are racy, while this Rufete, a variety rarely seen, is grabby and fairly astringent on the finish.
