Peterson 2012 Bradford Mountain Estate Vineyard Zinfandel (Dry Creek Valley)

Brambly in blackberry jam, this is a fairly elegant and restrained version of the variety for the area. The mountain-grown grapes provide substantial tannins and a dusty taste of wood. Coffee marks the abbreviated finish.
