Malbec makes up 73% of this blend, with 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Dried herb and cedar give it an herbaceous character. Soft, moderate acidity provides a backbone against larger-sized tannins and a touch of bitter tobacco.
