Domaine Gueguen 2015 Cuvée Confidentielle (Coteaux Bourguignons)

The Sacy is a rare variety found only in a corner of the Yonne Valley west of Chablis and in the small Loire appellation of Saint-Pourçain where it is known as Tressallier. This is a spicy wine with plenty of acidity and a crisp texture. It is fruity with green plum and a brilliant, fresh aftertaste. Drink now.
