Château Hervé-Laroque 2006 Fronsac

An unusual find of an old vintage currently available, this is certainly a mature wine. In fact, it is beginning to dry out—focused on old tannins rather than on the wonderful secondary flavors of a well-aged Bordeaux. For lovers of older wines, this is a bargain curiosity.
