Maximin Grünhäuser 2007 Riesling (Mosel-Saar-Ruwer)

Medium-bodied and nearly completely dry, this is a stony, minerally expression of Riesling that even folds in some slightly earthy-peaty notes. Hints of citrus fall a bit short on the finish.
