Cadaretta 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (Columbia Valley (WA))

More of a Bordeaux-style blend than a straight Cabernet, the remaining 25% includes a mix of Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. It's a thin wine, drying and tannic, with dried fruit flavors that lack freshness. Tannins are leafy and finish with a green edge.
