Proulx 2016 Willow Creek Farm Rosé of Grenache (Paso Robles)

This is the winery's most straight-forward pink, showing red plum, peach, light mulberry and steel aromas. It's all tension upon first sip, but then waves of ripe plum, citrus and brown spice overtake the palate.
