Domaine des Tilleuls 2015 Essentielle Sur Lie (Muscadet Sèvre et Maine)

This is a fine, ripe wine with a good balance between crisp, mineral acidity and tangy lemon fruit. It has a peppery edge that gives a bite to the young fruit. It is ready to drink although it will be better from 2017.
