Château de Lardiley 2015 Sauvignon (Bordeaux Blanc)

Vincent Lataste's organic wine is light, bright and immediately refreshing. This is a wine that shows a strongly herbal side. It has citrus and green apple flavors that are crisp and tight. With perfumed acidity at the end, the wine is delicious to drink now. It won 2016 Best of Wine Tourism award for B&B in giant wine barrels.
