Chilcas 2006 Reserva Syrah (Maule Valley)

Full and confident on the nose, with a wide range of berry aromas. The palate is medium in weight and power, but the flavors are entirely ripe and juicy, with an emphasis on raspberry and plum. Not overpowering but still it shows Chile's ability to produce wall-to-wall red wines at moderate prices.
