W. Gisselbrecht 2015 Tradition Pinot Gris (Alsace)

Notes of freshly peeled red apples are inviting and continue on the soft, rounded and generous palate. It has a lovely midpalate mouthfeel and drinks just off dry, with an accent of vanilla and the merest touch of cinnamon.
