Segal's 2006 Dovev Single Vineyard Kosher Argaman (Galil)

Here's an interesting red that's like a ripe, velvety-textured Merlot. Concentrated fruit aromas of fleshy black plum and cherry are accented by notes of fresh savory herbs. The mouth is full and structured with medium tannins and a pepper-infused jam flavor lingering on the close.
