William Cole 2011 Bill Limited Edition Sauvignon Blanc (Casablanca Valley)

Given the $27 price, this “limited edition” Sauvignon is lacking in many places. The nose is challenging, with a strong scent of bathroom cleanser, while the palate delivers acid and citrusy flavors but no middle tier. On the finish, it's like scallions and tarragon, with cutting acidity.
