Schild Estate 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon (Barossa)

Despite being full bodied, this is a very drinkable example of Barossa Cabernet. It's not very tannic, but instead offers mouthwatering suppleness. Cherry and red currant fruit notes are underscored by mocha shadings.
