Quinta de Pancas 2003 Assemblage Touriga Nacional-Cabernet Sauvignon (Estremadura)

It's called Assemblage because the wine is a blend of Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon. This big wine, with its dense structure, texture and superripe fruit, is certainly rich. The tannins and the acidity do hold everything in check. But it's not a wine for aging.
