Pacific Echo 1992 Private Reserve Brut (Anderson Valley)

A very fun and pure-pleasure rendering of California sparkling wine. From some of the best grapes in Mendocino County, Pacific Echo has hit a home run. Delicious pear and apple fruit unfolds in sweet, nutty form. It’s creamy yet crisp in the mouth, and thirst-quenching—a nice bonus. Equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
