Château de la Roulerie 2013 Les Grandes Brosses Chenin Blanc (Anjou)

While this wine is certainly dry, it holds a hint of honey in the baked-apple flavor and tight texture. It's still very young and needs to open up until 2015 to give a less shocking, more rounded acidity.
