Absolutely delicious now, this barrel selection of Tandem's different vineyard designates dazzles with flashy flavors of raspberry and cherry tart, cola, persimmon, pomegranate and cinnamon-pepper, elaborated with the bubbling brown sugar accents of oak. Should last for quite a long time without gaining complexity, so best now–2012 with things like grilled salmon, lamb or a fine steak.
