Sophora NV Rosé Sparkling (New Zealand)

Purists may gripe that this is a touch on the sweet side—the dosage is 13 g/L. Although this blend of 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir is fruit-driven and on the round and creamy side of things, it's still a well-made, attractive rosé that should find wide appeal.
