Laetitia 2006 Cuvée M Sparkling (Arroyo Grande Valley)

Sort of a junior version of the winery's pricier vineyard block bruts, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is addictively good. Slightly sweet in honey, it has lime, raspberry and yeast flavors, in a richly textured mousse.
