Left Coast Cellars 2012 Truffle Hill Chardonnay (Willamette Valley)

Half of this wine was barrel fermented in mostly new French oak; the other half done in stainless. Peaches and butter are the main flavors, with a soft, pretty finish that brings a streak of caramel.
