Domaine Sangouard-Guyot 2013 Ancestral (Pouilly-Fuissé)

From mainly clay soil, this is a rich and rounded wine. It starts soft and generous; the structure, intense fruits and acidity only slowly come through. It's smooth, rich and concentrated, ready to drink from 2016.
