Spring Valley Vineyard 2007 Katherine Corkrum Cabernet Franc (Walla Walla Valley (WA))

This is the first time a Cabernet Franc has been made at Spring Valley since 2003. It's rich and earthy, tannic and concentrated, with plum and black cherry dusted with light mocha. Smooth and supple in the mouth, it glides into a tasty finish with toasted almonds.
